Aristomenis D. Phikas generously granted family relics that touch important moments of our history at the Thessaloniki War Museum. In the museum there is an exhibition of heirlooms from Fikas family, that refers to the family’s participation in struggles from the revolution of 1821 to the Asia Minor Campaign. The collection is an attempt, through personal belongings, documents, photographs and postcards of different eras, to inform the visitor of the sacrifices from every Greek family during the struggles of our country for freedom and bring him into contact with the historical sections of each period.
