Dr. Alexander Moumtzis has just released his new book “Dairy and other dairy problems”. The author studied at the Veterinary School of Aristotle University Thessaloniki and specialized in Food Technology. For 12 years he taught at TEI of Thessaloniki the following subjects: Dairy, Meat Technology and Food Inspection. The book is a useful tool, a product of years of experience, a valuable and practical aid, written in a simple and comprehensible way. It is a guide to addressing problems in the production of cheese and other dairy products.
